Job Description

1. Excellent Knowledge in administering EC and SuPM systems

2. Knowledge in EC/SuPM security administration and trouble shooting.

3. System refreshes planning and scheduling.

4. Integration of EC and SuPM systems with other SAP & non-SAP applications

5. EC / SuPM Transport Management Process and Procedure

6. EC / SuPM Job Maintenance

7. EC UME / LDAP Configuration

8. Troubleshooting EC Integration/batch Jobs

9. OSS message management and SAP notes application

10. EC / SuPM SAP Patching Process and Strategy

11. Excellent knowledge in SAP BASIS.

12. Minimum 8 years of SAP BASIS plus 3 years of EC/SuPM experience.

13. Good communication and interpersonal skills

14. Ability to manage multi-tasking and manage customer communications well
