SAP CRM Consultant

abra SAP Department is seeking for an SAP CRM Consultant.

We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP CRM On-Premise solutions aligned with complex enterprise business processes.

This role requires strong functional SAP CRM expertise, deep understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle processes, and the ability to translate business needs into system configurations and specifications.

A full time hybrid position, based in the Sharon area, Israel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and configure SAP CRM On-Premise according to business requirements
• Analyze customer lifecycle, service, and sales processes and translate them into SAP CRM solutions
• Write functional specifications and work closely with developers for enhancements and integrations
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user guidance

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM On-Premise implementation
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules such as Service, Sales, and Marketing
• Experience writing functional documents and working with technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
