Sr. SAP Delivery Consultant  – Consultant

The Sr. SAP Delivery Consultant requires deep experience in data definition
parameters and mapping and has SAP certification on ECC 6.0 (FI/CO, MM, SD).  This individual will be responsible for the following activities
to gain an understanding on the state of SAP implementations:

• Conducting
  interviews with key leaders and with various stakeholder groups


• Assessing
  processes and data requirements, including integration architecture, interface
  specifications, support requirements, and issues with these systems, processes
  and data requirements


• Assessing/evaluating
  critical areas of financial, operational and compliance risk and management
  controls associated with the above stated business processes


• Reviewing
  existing policies and procedures


• Conducting
  assessment workshops


• Conducting
  validation meeting/workshop

This
individual must be hands-on and able to get into the details of SAP
implementation project while maintaining the broader business goals and
objectives.  The Sr. SAP Delivery
Consultant must be able to balance between understanding the holistic vision
and implementing SAP within an organization.

The
role of Sr. SAP Delivery Consultant is a contract position, offers competitive
compensation and may require weekly travel. 
Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.  Applicants
based in Atlanta or the Southeast would be preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7-10 years business project management experience


• Current
  SAP Certification on ECC 6.0 (FI/CO, MM, SD)


• Demonstrated experience with Field Definition Parameters and
  Field Mapping


• Information
  Technology perspective – need to understand the full SDLC 


• Business Operations perspective – need to understand the
  operational impacts of process improvements and SAP implementations

Responsibilities:

• Conducting
  interviews with key leaders and with various stakeholder groups


• Assessing

• Assess
  whether the current activities are aligned to reach the desired outcomes


•  Assessing/evaluating
  critical areas of financial, operational and compliance risk and management
  controls associated with the above stated business processes


• Reviewing
  existing policies and procedures


• Conducting
  assessment workshops

• Conducting
  validation meeting/workshop


• Perform a gap analysis


• Identify
  & Prioritize Recommendations / Opportunities for Improvement


• Identify
  key risks to the project’s success, and recommend actions to mitigate
  these risks


• Develop the roadmap to attain improvements
