This role is crucial for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects and managing complex programs. Accountabilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple projects related to successful engagement or program execution.
- Manage project or complex programs end to end across all key PM domains.
- Own and execute the program plan, ensuring delivery of major elements, including business objectives and scope.
- Demonstrate program success in front of leadership team, focusing on customer satisfaction and finances.
- Provide active management of risks, issues, dependencies, and quality for all engagement elements.
- Set up and maintain Governance Model with Project Management Office.
- Work closely with Program Sponsors to facilitate delivery decisions.
- Translate customer business goals into strategic delivery plans.
- Evaluate complex situations and identify viable solutions.
- Resolve issues related to resources, budgeting, and legal matters.
