We are currently searching for a SAP FICO:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive AMS support for S/4HANA Finance, specifically covering GL, AR, AP, AA, and Banking.
• Lead FICO Controlling activities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Manage Treasury operations, focusing on bank account management, payment medium creation, and EBS (Electronic Bank Statement) processing.
• Execute Asset Management tasks, such as fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculations, and asset retirements.
• Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in a multi-vendor, global environment, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor interfaces and batch jobs proactively, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and business users to resolve system defects and support release management.
• Identify automation use cases and design operations efficiency roadmaps to optimize operational costs.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of functional experience in the Finance domain.
• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting SAP ERP for large-scale client engagements.
• Extensive hands-on configuration experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Deep understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other modules.
• Proven track record in AMS activities, including proactive monitoring, KPI reporting, and ticket-based documentation.
• Graduate Engineer degree from a reputable institution.

Desired:

• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Knowledge of Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Project Systems (PS).
• Ability to mentor and groom junior team members.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
