SAP FI/CO/FM Functional Analyst Federal Financials and Funds Management

Provide
functional analysis and configuration support for SAP S/4HANA Financial
Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Funds Management (FM) modules within the
JTMS Federal Financials environment. Translate USTRANSCOM and JDDE financial
business processes into compliant S/4HANA configuration, support data migration
from legacy financial systems, and partner with the integration team to align
FI/CO/FM with the platform’s transportation and logistics modules.

Key responsibilities

•        Analyze and configure SAP S/4HANA FI, CO, and FM to
meet Federal Financials and Federal Funds Management business process
requirements, including Budget Planning and Execution, Funds Commitment and
Release, Funds Centers Management, Funds Transfer, and Funds Reporting and
Analysis.

•        Partner with USTRANSCOM and CACI functional leads to
translate JDDE financial business outcomes into discrete, testable user stories
at the cadence the program’s Agile and SAFe trains absorb.

•        Support migration and conversion of financial and
controlling master data and transactions from legacy DoD systems (e.g., GFEBS,
LMP, GCSS -Army, AESIP, Navy ERP) into Federal SAP S/4HANA.

•        Configure GL, AR, AP, AA, and Tax within the Federal
FI/CO context, ensuring compliance with budget controls, USSGL, and DoD
financial management policy.

•        Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO/FM with adjacent
modules — MM, SD, GTS, and the platform’s transportation modules — and document
interface points and reconciliation logic.

•        Develop functional specifications, configuration
documentation, test scripts, and training materials; participate in unit,
integration, regression, and user -acceptance testing cycles.

•        Provide Tier 3 functional support during cutover and
hyper -care; triage defects, conduct root -cause analysis, and resolve against
the program’s quality and release standards.

•        Produce RMF / FISMA -aligned artifacts as required by
the program’s accreditation environment and contribute to audit -readiness
evidence for FIAR.

Required qualifications

•        7+ years of SAP FI/CO functional experience, with at
least one full -lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.

•        Demonstrated Federal Financials experience — USSGL,
appropriated funds accounting, budget execution, and federal financial
reporting.

•        Hands -on Funds Management (FM) configuration: Budget
Control System (BCS), Funds Centers, Commitment Items, AVC, and FM -FI
integration.

•        Working knowledge of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and
PS; familiarity with FIAR and DoD audit -readiness requirements.

•        Active DoD clearance at the level required by the JTMS
program, or eligibility for clearance (specific level TBD with CACI).

•        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information
Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Preferred qualifications

•        Direct experience with one or more DoD ERPs: GFEBS,
LMP, GCSS -Army, AESIP, Navy ERP, or IRS IFS.

•        SAP S/4HANA certification (TS4FI / TS4CO).

•        SAFe 5.0 or 6.0 practitioner experience on a
multi -vendor delivery program.

•        Prior USTRANSCOM, TRANSCOM -component, or Joint Staff
financial systems experience.
