Job Title: SAP Finance Analyst
Job Location: Northridge, CA (Will be converted to remote after a Month with one day in office per week)
Duration: 7 Months**Position Overview:**We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Finance Professional who will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of customer accounts within our SAP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance principles, coupled with advanced knowledge of SAP ERP modules related to accounts receivable and customer master data management.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Customer Account Setup: Efficiently set up new customer accounts in SAP ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all relevant data fields.

Data Maintenance: Regularly review and update customer master data to reflect changes in customer information, credit terms, payment terms, and other relevant details.
3.
Verification and Validation: Perform thorough checks and validations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer account data, including credit limit assignments, payment terms, and billing addresses.
4.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to gather necessary information for customer account setup and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
5.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to customer data management and financial transactions.
6.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within customer account setup and maintenance processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
7.
Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer account setup procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with specific experience in customer account setup within SAP ERP environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules related to accounts receivable, customer master data management, and financial accounting.
- Strong understanding of finance principles, including credit management, billing processes, and revenue recognition.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Relevant SAP certification(s) or training is a plus.
