Job Description - SAP Global Trade Services Solution Architect
Key responsibilities:\n\n * Work with business stakeholders to understand trade compliance requirements and design SAP GTS (E4H) solutions.\n * Architect and design complex business processes across cross-functional teams.\n * Prepare functional and technical specifications and guide technical teams.\n * Configure SAP GTS modules and integrate with SAP ECC, CRM, S/4HANA.\n * Oversee solution build, testing, deployment and lifecycle upgrades.\n * Provide production support, root cause analysis and preventive actions.\n * Collaborate with global business units for alignment of technology and business needs.\n * Lead teams including offshore members for solution delivery.\n * Manage global cross-functional projects within scope, budget and timeline.\n\n\n\n## Required Skills \u0026 Experience\n\n * Strong functional experience in SAP GTS: Sanctioned Party Screening, Customs Management, Product Classification, Trade Preference Management, Bonded Warehouse, Foreign Trade Zone\n * Hands-on experience integrating SAP E4H with ECC, CRM, S/4HANA.\n * Ability to write specifications for customizations and integrations.\n * 8-10+ years in SAP GTS as Functional Analyst or Solution Architect.\n * Experience leading cross-functional and global delivery teams.\n * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\n\n\n## Preferred Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.\n * Certifications in SAP GTS, SAP S/4HANA.\n\n\n\nFunctional Knowledge:\n\n * Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.\n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise:\n\n * Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.\n\n\n\nLeadership:\n\n * May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.\n\n\n\nProblem Solving:\n\n * Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.\n\n\n\nImpact:\n\n * Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies.\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills:\n\n * Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree (Required)\n\n### Skills\n\nSAP GTS MANAGEMENT (Inactive), SAP S/4HANA\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 20% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$122,000.00 - $168,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
