If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a SAP (Manufacturing) Solution Architect / Director to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).\n\nSAP (Manufacturing) Solution Architect / Director\n\n \nSAP S/4HANA Transformation \u2013 Production Planning / Quality Management Lead \nJob Summary \nWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP / QM Lead to lead Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of manufacturing and quality solution design, delivery governance, and successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA best practices. \nThe PP / QM Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to drive transformation across Plan-to-Produce and Quality-to-Release processes. \n________________________________________ \nKey Responsibilities \nS/4HANA PP / QM Workstream Leadership \n\u2022 Lead PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition). \n\u2022 Own end-to-end delivery of Plan-to-Produce, Production Execution, and Quality processes. \n\u2022 Act as the primary escalation point for PP / QM-related topics. \nSolution Design \u0026 Delivery \n\u2022 Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for: \no SAP PP: Demand Management, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, Production Orders \no SAP QM: Inspection Planning, Inspection Types, Results Recording, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications \n\u2022 Ensure adoption of S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations. \n\u2022 Guide decisions on Discrete vs Process Manufacturing scenarios. \nS/4HANA Transformation Activities \n\u2022 Lead Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and business process harmonization. \n\u2022 Assess and manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts for PP / QM in S/4HANA. \n\u2022 Lead manufacturing and quality master data conversion and validation activities. \nIntegration \u0026 Cross-Module Coordination \n\u2022 Coordinate closely with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams. \n\u2022 Ensure seamless integration across Procure-to-Produce and Make-to-Deliver processes. \n\u2022 Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, interfaces) on enhancements and integrations. \nTesting, Cutover \u0026 Go-Live \n\u2022 Lead unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution for PP / QM. \n\u2022 Own cutover planning for production orders, batches, and inspection lots. \n\u2022 Provide go-live and hypercare support, ensuring manufacturing stability. \nGovernance \u0026 Team Leadership \n\u2022 Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, and documentation. \n\u2022 Review and approve functional designs, configurations, and test artifacts. \n\u2022 Mentor PP / QM consultants and support knowledge transfer. \n________________________________________ \nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience \nSAP PP / QM Expertise \n\u2022 15+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in: \no SAP PP (Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing) \no SAP QM \n\u2022 At least 2\u20133 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a Lead role. \n\u2022 Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. \nS/4HANA \u0026 Manufacturing Knowledge \n\u2022 Experience with: \no S/4HANA MRP and production execution simplifications \no QM integration with MM and PP \no Batch Management, Serial Numbers, and Inspection Lot Processing \n\u2022 Exposure to Advanced Planning (PP/DS, IBP) is an advantage. \nLeadership \u0026 Delivery Skills \n\u2022 Proven experience leading PP / QM delivery in large SAP programs. \n\u2022 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. \n\u2022 Experience working in global onshore\u2013offshore delivery models. \n________________________________________ \nPreferred Qualifications \n\u2022 SAP S/4HANA certification in PP or QM \n\u2022 Experience with SAP Activate methodology \n\u2022 Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Consumer Goods \n\u2022 Exposure to EWM, PM, or Advanced ATP is a plus \n________________________________________ \nSoft Skills \n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities \n\u2022 Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions \n\u2022 Mentoring and coaching mindset \n\u2022 Excellent documentation and presentation skills \n________________________________________ \nLocation \u0026 Work Model \n\u2022 Location: As per project requirements \n\u2022 Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite / Offshore (project dependent)\n\nMinimum / Required Qualification: \n15+ years of SAP PP/QM experience \n10+ years of PP/QM Solutioning / Architecture experience \n5+ years of S/4 HANA experience\n\n#LI-NorthAmerica\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
