SAP OTC Functional Consultant

Job Title: SAP OTC Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 7 Months

Roles and Respoinsibilities:
Act as SAP Key User for Order to Cash functions and processes
Provide first line support within Order Management Center and business processes
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Provide end-user training and support to promote system adoption and ensure effective utilization of SAP systems
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing, to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
Stay up to date with SAP latest releases, features, and advancements, and proactively recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines related to SAP system usage and administration
Execute SAP testing, validation, and documentation
Requirements:

Strong understanding of SAP integration techniques and experience with integrating SAP with other systems, such as CRM, BI, and third-party applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements and recommend effective SAP solutions.
Strong understanding with SAP OTC including process design and engineering
Previous OTC implementation experience
Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences or the healthcare industry is heavily preferred
