Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. This role involves working onsite with clients to understand their requirements, develop functional design specifications, configure systems, and conduct application testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and a strong background in S/4 HANA Migration.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to gather and understand their business requirements.
Develop detailed and precise functional design specifications based on client needs.
Configure SAP Plant Maintenance systems to meet the identified business requirements.
Perform thorough application testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Provide expert advice and ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation process.

Preferred Skills:
Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Migration.
Strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance processes and best practices.
Proven ability to develop and document functional design specifications.
Experience in system configuration and comprehensive application testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience as an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant.
In-depth knowledge of SAP PM module and related processes.
Experience with S/4 HANA Migration projects is highly desirable.
Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
