SAP PLM Functional Specialist - REMOTE

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Solution Design: Design and configure SAP PLM solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices. Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PLM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and go-live support. Customization: Customize SAP PLM modules to enhance functionality and meet specific client requirements. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP PLM with other SAP modules (e.g., QM, PP, SD) and third-party systems. Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals. Training: Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure effective use of SAP PLM solutions. Support: Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years experience with SAP PLM At least two full lifecycle SAP PLM implementation projects Must be a US Citizen due to security guidelines Travel to the client site approximately 4 times a year Proficiency in SAP PLM modules, S/4HANA, and related SAP solutions. Experience with web-based recipe development, specification management, and label management Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to handle client interactions independently Certifications: SAP PLM certification is preferred. Knowledge of integration modules like QM, PP, and SD is an added advantage
