SAP PRA Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented employee with specialized expertise in SAP's Production Revenue Accounting (PRA) module (or equivalent) to join the IKAV team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring SAP PRA, transforming and loading non-SAP data into SAP PRA, and ensuring that SAP PRA’s processes, procedures, and reports align with IKAV business processes and controls. 

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP      PRA Configuration:
  • Configure and maintain SAP PRA based on best practices 
  • Maintain documentation outlining base configurations 
  • Coordinate with teammates to ensure consistency of technical transports across environments.
• SAP      PRA Data Management:
  • Analyze legacy data and transform it to meet SAP PRA requirements for data conversion.
  • Comprehend data’s effects on processing and reports to provide accurate solutions to meet IKAV processing and reporting requirements.

• SAP PRA Processes and Reports:
  • Conduct  workshops with business users to understand their processing and reporting requirements and requests.
  • Implement PRA configurations and data conversions to effectuate accurate accounting and reporting in SAP PRA 
  • Maintain SAP best practices within IKAV’s SAP PRA environment.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate PRA processes.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on SAP PRA functionality and usage.
  • Work closely with other teammates to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain the SAP PRA module.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Optional?)
• Hands-on  experience with SAP, particularly the Production Revenue Accounting module (SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
• Capability with Structured Query Language (SQL) and data extraction, mapping, and transformation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographical regions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification or formal training in SAP Finance modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably hands-on technical experience with SAP PRA.
• Experience providing SAP (or equivalent) support and/or consulting services (including strategy, design, configuration, and implementation).
• Experience creating and leading SAP PRA (or equivalent) workshops 
• Experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment.
