The role involves leading Sales \u0026 Distribution (SD) workstreams across greenfield, brownfield, or selective carve-out transformations, ensuring business alignment, solution quality, and successful delivery.\n\nThe SD Module Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, integration teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams to drive successful SAP S/4HANA adoption.\n\n* * *\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nS/4HANA Transformation Leadership\n\n * Lead the SAP SD workstream for S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Landscape Transformation).\n * Drive Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and business process redesign aligned to SAP Best Practices.\n * Provide strategic guidance on S/4HANA SD capabilities including Order-to-Cash (O2C).\n\n\n\nSolution Design \u0026 Configuration\n\n * Design, configure, and validate SAP S/4HANA SD solutions including:\n * Sales Order Management\n * Pricing \u0026 Condition Techniques\n * Delivery, Shipping \u0026 Transportation\n * Billing \u0026 Invoicing\n * Credit Management (FSCM)\n * Output Management (BRF+)\n * Ensure solution alignment with S/4HANA simplifications, embedded analytics, and Fiori apps.\n\n\n\nIntegration \u0026 Cross-Functional Collaboration\n\n * Collaborate with MM, FI, CO, EWM, TM, PP, and CRM teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.\n * Support CVI, BP, and Master Data harmonization activities.\n * Work closely with ABAP, CPI, and middleware teams for interface design and data migration validation.\n\n\n\nData Migration \u0026 Testing\n\n * Provide SD expertise for data migration (sales orders, contracts, pricing, customers).\n * Lead and support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing for SD processes.\n * Ensure defect resolution and solution stability.\n\n\n\nCutover \u0026 Go-Live Support\n\n * Plan and execute SD cutover activities.\n * Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, ensuring minimal business disruption.\n * Act as the SD escalation point during go-live.\n\n\n\nGovernance \u0026 Quality Assurance\n\n * Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project standards, and documentation requirements.\n * Review solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration deliverables.\n * Mentor SD consultants and support knowledge transfer.\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience\n\nCore SAP Expertise\n\n * 10+ years of SAP SD experience, with at least:\n * 2\u20133 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects\n * Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA SD differences and simplifications\n * Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD configuration\n\n\n\nS/4HANA \u0026 Innovation\n\n * Experience with:\n * SAP Fiori apps for SD\n * Embedded Analytics\n * FSCM Credit Management\n * Output Management (BRF+)\n * Understanding of RICEFW impact in S/4HANA\n\n\n\nDelivery \u0026 Leadership\n\n * Proven experience leading SD teams in large transformation programs\n * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n * Ability to work in global, multi-vendor delivery models\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * SAP S/4HANA certification (SD or S/4HANA Sales)\n * Experience in SAP Activate methodology\n * Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Automotive\n * Exposure to SAP Central Finance, TM, or EWM is an advantage\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nSoft Skills\n\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n * Excellent communication and presentation skills\n * Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions\n * Mentoring and team leadership mindset\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nLocation \u0026 Work Model\n\n * Location: As per project requirements\n * Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite / Offshore (project dependent)\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
