Key responsibilities:
- Workstream Management: Manage the full lifecycle of selected streams (e.g., Supply Chain & Manufacturing or Finance & HCM), from design through stabilization.
- Cross-module Integration: Ensure end-to-end process integrity across your streams and adjacent areas managed by other PMs (e.g., integration between MM/PP and FI/CO).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business owners of specific functions and align plans with the overall strategy defined by the Program Manager.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare reports for the PMO, monitor statuses, budgets, and risks within your workstreams.
- Resource Orchestration: Manage internal functional experts and consultants within a matrix organization.
- Budget & Financial Management: Plan, forecast, and control workstream budgets, including costs, burn rate, and resource optimization.
- Delivery Planning: Develop detailed delivery plans, define dependencies and critical path, and track milestone execution.
- Scope & Change Management: Control project scope, manage changes, and assess their impact on timelines and budget.
- Risk Ownership: Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate external consultants and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Requirements:
- SAP Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/ERP projects, of which 3+ years are considered to be project management for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Methodology: Deep knowledge of SAP Activate or hybrid models (Waterfall for core + Agile for Fiori/Analytics development). Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, LeSS, SaS will be an advantage.
- Integration Skills: Experience in managing complex integration projects involving various functional modules and external systems.
- Education & Certifications: PMP or SAP Certified Associate Project Manager certification will be an advantage. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Tools: MS Project or similar, Jira, Confluence at a professional level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages across technical and executive audiences.
- Strong planning, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- English - at least Intermediate level (documentation, communication, participation in calls).
- Ukrainian - fluent.
