SAP Senior Specialist (Project Management and MM SD Hands-on)

JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a hands-on SAP Senior Specialist to support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One implementations, integration, and operational support within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in MM, SD and Other modules (FICO) 

The candidate will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and integrate SAP with other enterprise applications (CRM 365, UKG Pro, and Other Non-ERP solutions) while providing hands-on functional and technical support. 

This role bridges business, IT, and operations, ensuring end-to-end solutions that optimize processes, data flow, and system performance. 

The role will be coordinating the different SAP requests with external partners and translating technical language to the business and vice versa. 

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications. 
• Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One modules. 
• Lead integration projects with CRM 365, OT applications, MES, SCADA, and other enterprise systems. 
• Prepare technical proposals, design documentation, and process workflows. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), functional validation, and post-deployment support. 
• Troubleshoot SAP functional issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/OT teams. 
• Support digital manufacturing and IT/OT integration initiatives. 
• Maintain process, system, and integration documentation. 

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 

• Comfortable with business and external stakeholders' communications (translating technical to business language and vice versa). 
• Hands-on, technically capable, and able to propose, design, validate, and support SAP solutions. 
• Comfortable coordinating with central IT, OT teams, and manufacturing operations. 
• Able to lead SAP integration projects while supporting operational continuity. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

• SAP and IT PM coordination background.
• 5+ years SAP experience (S/4HANA primary, SAP Business One supplemental). 
• Hands-on experience with SAP module configuration, workflow design, and functional testing. 
• Experience in MM, SD, also integrating SAP with CRM, and other enterprise systems. 
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. 
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments, operational workflows, and IT/OT convergence. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with IT, OT, and business teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience in Large projects or global projects managing SAP offshore support. 
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing, smart factory initiatives, or Industry 4.0 solutions. 
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and SAP workflow automation. 
• Previous experience in cross-functional SAP projects or IT/OT integration programs. 
• Japanese or Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
