This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a SAP Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of incident management, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA). Your contributions will have a significant impact on the efficiency of service operations and overall user satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and swift resolutions. This is an excellent opportunity to influence and improve incident management processes while working in a dynamic remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for incident communication and provide timely updates to users and stakeholders.
- Monitor incident queues and escalate issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Triage and lead major incidents to ensure timely resolution as per the agreed SLA.
- Facilitate post-incident reviews to identify underlying causes and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve incident management processes, tools, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing SAP AMS portfolio.
- Proven experience in Incident Management or IT service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience with incident management tools (e.g., Service Now, Power BI).
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
