Job Title: SAP Solutions Lead (Full Time)

Location: Miami, FL (onsite)

Experience Needed: 15+ Years

Note: Oil and Gas- Industry experience is Mandatory

Job Description:

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IS-Oil Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP IS-Oil solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and a strong understanding of SAP IS-Oil modules, including TSW, PRA, and MM, among others.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Implementation & Support:

• Lead or support SAP IS-Oil implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Configure and customize SAP IS-Oil modules to meet business requirements.

2. Business Process Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to upstream, midstream, and downstream oil operations.
• Propose SAP solutions to optimize business processes in the oil and gas domain.

3. Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP IS-Oil with other SAP and non-SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FI/CO).
• Manage data migration and interface development.

4. Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues.
• Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

5. Training & Documentation:

• Prepare user manuals, functional specifications, and other documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams.

Key Skills, Competencies and Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in SAP IS-Oil modules, such as:

• TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench)
• PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting)
• Downstream (Hydrocarbon Product Management)
• Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, and FI/CO integration.

Industry Knowledge:

• Comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry processes and challenges.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the energy sector.

Analytical Thinking:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Communication & Teamwork:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP IS-Oil consulting.
• SAP certification in IS-Oil modules is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful SAP IS-Oil implementations.
