SAP Software Support Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented SAP Software Support Analyst for a full-time, permanent position based in Columbus. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of SAP applications by providing exceptional analytical skills and customer-oriented support.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently monitor the support queue and diligently track solutions to reported issues.

Engage proactively with customers, users, developers, and other relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of software problems.

Deliver clear and concise written status reports to stakeholders.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the business's application products.

Assist in investigating support-related issues and contribute to the development of operational tools for the support team.

Document critical resolutions of application bugs accurately.

Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in SAP R/3 functionality.

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A team player with a positive and supportive attitude.

Willingness to collaborate across various teams, cultures, geographies, and time zones.

Demonstrated ability in innovative problem-solving and analysis.
