SAP Technical Lead / Architect

## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\nGlobal Information Systems\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Lead SAP technical architecture and solution design across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud platforms, and SAP RISE landscapes.\n * Own custom code strategy ensuring clean core compliance, upgrade safety, and performance optimization, aligned with RISE with SAP principles.\n * Design and govern extensions in RISE and S/4HANA Cloud using SAP BTP, including BTP (Cloud Foundry) , Extension Suite (in\u2011app \u0026 side\u2011by\u2011side), Business Application Studio, CAP, SAP Fiori (Elements \u0026 Freestyle).\n * Leverage SAP cloud services for data, automation, and analytics like SAP HANA Cloud, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Build Apps, Build Process Automation, SAP Workflow Management.\n * Partner with functional teams, security, and SAP basis teams to ensure secure, compliant, and well\u2011integrated RISE solutions.\n * Enable AI\u2011assisted decisioning, insights, and execution using Joule from SAP, governing secure, role\u2011based adoption of AI agents across SAP applications.\n\n * Drive technical quality and operational excellence through architecture reviews, design standards.\n\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum of 12 years of related experience\n * Proven experience as SAP Technical Lead / Architect.\n * Experience supporting large enterprise SAP S/4HANA / RISE transformations.\n * Hands\u2011on experience with SAP Cloud, SAP BTP, and SAP RISE.\n * Strong hands\u2011on RICEFW experience.\n * Advanced ABAP / OO\u2011ABAP expertise.\n * Strong SAP S/4HANA technical architecture experience.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $114,000.00 - $253,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
