SAP-Master Data Analyst (Clerk)

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for the creation and updating of tasks performed with Master Data such as BOM information and part numbers controlled in SAP and DSP systems related to Quality tasks for EMDs and Breast Implants products, including new product introductions, part numbers, or process improvements.

Actively participate with business process stakeholders in the pursuit of continuous improvement and project implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves issues in SAP and DSP systems.
• Support and development of testing in SAP and DSP systems.
• Generates reports and interprets data for metrics.
• Supports the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to the Quality system.
• Actively participates with business process stakeholders in the pursuit of continuous improvement and project implementation regarding the creation and updating of BOMs and controlled part numbers in SAP and DSP systems.
• Supports the standardization of data design, nomenclature, and consistent data definitions.
• Provides operational support and guidance for a consistent master data workflow.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certificate/diploma related to ERP systems.
• Advanced level of English in reading, writing, and conversation.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and oral and written communication skills.
• General understanding of cAPPs tools and S/4HANA systems.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork capability.

EXPERIENCE

• 2–3+ years of operational experience with knowledge in Master Data, data governance, and related processes.
• Understanding of field interactions among master data domains in SAP.
• Desirable experience in quality systems and their relationship with updates in Master Data systems.

• Availability to travel 
• Work from office in Heredia
