As a member of the Patient Services Team, you could work at the Front Desk, as a member of our Call Center Team, or in Business Services. This position is located in East Fort Myers.
We provide training, which includes general medical knowledge, ophthalmic specific knowledge, superior customer service and training for future management positions in the medical industry. - Exceptional customer service with a smile

- Knowledge on how to review patient charts, verify information, explain charges and answer questions
- Experience posting charges or handling money
- Proficiency in technology
- Experience with digital phone system
