Paradise Locker Meats is looking for a reliable and hardworking production team member to join our Grinding, Sausage, and Curing department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a growing, family-owned food production company.

We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means clear expectations, strong teamwork, and accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Grind meat and produce sausage products following recipes and production schedules

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare products for curing using proper ingredients and processes

  
  


• 
  

  Label products accurately for identification and traceability

  
  


• 
  

  Safely operate grinders, mixers, and stuffing equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean workspace

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Assist other departments when production needs require

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  1+ year meat processing experience preferred (or willingness to learn)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate production equipment safely

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  
  


• 
  

  Team-oriented attitude
