What You'll Do:

• Master Load Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end distribution of loads, ensuring smooth transitions from booking to delivery.


• Ensure Compliance and Quality: Verify that loads meet customer specifications and DOT regulations, ensuring the highest standards of service.


• Optimize Operations: Track and trace freight to provide real-time updates and solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.


• Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Work closely with dedicated carriers to negotiate rates and manage contracts, adapting to market conditions and domestic capacity needs.


• Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in weekly team meetings, collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives, and contribute to solving challenges such as carrier issues and product discrepancies.


• Special Operations Expertise: Gain experience in handling specialized operations like transloading, oversized shipments, and more, expanding your skill set in the logistics field.
