Saw Cutting Duties:

• Saw cut parts to specifications on drawings and routing.


• Review Saw Cut Grid to ensure proper sequencing.


• Ensure saw machinery has proper set up to produce quality parts.


• Responsible for the required cleaning and maintenance of the saw.


• Visually inspect the quality of incoming bar stock and notify purchasing of any quality issues


• Responsible for notifying Value Stream Leader on preventive or emergency maintenance issues and needed consumables.


• Run Table Sander as needed on saw cut parts based on Saw Grid

Receiving Duties:

• Review received raw materials for correct quantity and receive into ERP System.


• Label raw materials and place in proper inventory locations.


• Receive tooling into ERP and Tool Crib System.  Put tooling into proper Tool Crib Locations.


• Receive customer good materials, combine with router and place in the corresponding work center.


• Receive purchased component materials, combine with router, and place in the corresponding work center


• Receive incoming jobs from ACE1 using the Warehouse transfer grid and move parts to the corresponding next work center.

• This is a safety sensitive position.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate computer skills


• Mechanically inclined


• Organized 


• Must work well in team environment


• Material Handling (50lbs)
