Saw Operator

We are seeking a Saw Operator to cut and move raw materials for our Machine Shop

Responsibilities:

• Receives raw materials


• Reads packing slip provided by receiving department


• Measures raw material per the packing slip or print


• Marks the raw material with the correct number


• Stores the raw material on the proper rack


• Retrieves raw material from the racks and places it on the saw


• Sets up the saw to cut material to the size provided by job order dimensions


• Deburrs the cut material and delivers it to the proper machine center

Must be able to:

• Stand - 70%


• Walk - 35%


• Push/Pull - 15%


• Climb - 10%


• Lift – 100% up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day shift

Work Location: In person
