Requirements:

• 2+ years of SBA or commercial lending experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with SBA loan programs and eligibility criteria
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach

Description:

• Partner with Relationship Managers to assess borrower credit quality and SBA program eligibility
• Accompany Relationship Managers on prospect calls (phone and in-person)
• Provide training and support on SBA lending to internal teams
• Collect and review documentation required for SBA loan processing
• Act as a subject matter expert on SBA regulations, credit guidelines, and secondary market expectations
• Maintain a strong market presence to develop direct SBA loan opportunities
• Contribute to a productive and communicative department environment
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional lending regulations
