Scaffold Builders

1 Resource Group is actively seeking experienced Scaffold Builders to join our dedicated team in Bay Minette, AL. Based in various project locations, Scaffold Builders will play a crucial role in erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffold systems, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan scaffold construction.
• Erect, secure, and dismantle scaffold systems safely and efficiently.
• Inspect scaffold components for defects and ensure proper maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scaffold Builder.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of scaffold construction and safety regulations.
• Capability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• NCCER Certification is a plus

Competitive hourly rates based on experience, with per diem offered as applicable.
