Position Overview

We are hiring a Scale Operator/Customer Service professional for our West Tulsa location. This customer-facing role blends accurate weighing, data entry, and inventory/transaction tracking while keeping the yard and office organized. The Scale Operator/Customer Service role requires strong math skills, computer proficiency, and a friendly, professional approach.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate scale systems to weigh incoming/outgoing materials.
• Learn and apply metal identification techniques (training provided).
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform basic office tasks including data entry and record keeping.
• Use computer systems efficiently for inventory and transaction tracking.
• Apply basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.

• Proficient computer use (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
