   Synergy Companies is looking for a new Scheduler to join our Stockton team. Being a part of the Synergy team allows you to help people in need in  your community. Synergy Companies is looking for a scheduler / Receptionist to join our Stockton team. You will be helping to enter data from completed jobs into an online portal, contacting customers to schedule for various programs. 

This is a full - time, in office position. 

Administrative responsibilities:

• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices / staff


• Data entry 


• Manage both digital and hard copy filing system


• Schedule appointments with customers 


• Work with other administrators on task as needed

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bilingual - Spanish (Required)


• Top notch communications skills


• Ability to work well with people 


• Ability to problem solve


• Self motivated


• Knowledge of working with computers and Ipads


• Must be comfortable working with formulas in excel / google sheets


• Working knowledge of google suite applications (Gmail, calendar, drive, sheets)
