Fluoropolymer Resources LLC (FRL) is currently seeking a dedicated results driven Production Scheduler for our North Windham, CT facility. The position plays a critical role in the conversion of recycled resins into finished goods. FRL is the global leader in reprocessing of melted processable fluoropolymers, asw well as the distribution of virgin fluoropolymer resin. Main Job Duties & Responsibilities

As materials are selected for processing the primary role of the scheduler is to add/update the production schedule.

· Based on materials selected the scheduler will create a traveler packet which will follow the material as it is processed throughout the factory.

· Utilizes the open order report to prioritize jobs in a manner which allows for materials to travel throughout the factory in a safe and efficient manner while making sure customer orders are ready to ship on time.

· Point out areas that need materials to process in order to keep a steady flow of work throughout the factory at all times.

· Updates and posts a copy of the extrusion schedule daily.

· Provides a materials list to customers service which will be used to fulfill customer orders.

· Has a working knowledge of finished goods and communicates to Operations Manager as soon as deficiencies are noted.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but work experience will be considered.

· Minimum of 3 years in a scheduling or planning role

· Prior use of ERP systems

· Proficient in Excel

· Well organized

· Effective communicator
