What You’ll Do

High-Volume Outreach

  • Make 70+ outbound calls daily to prospective or existing insurance members
  • Clearly communicate the value and convenience of in-home preventive services
  • Engage members with empathy and professionalism
     

Appointment Scheduling

  • Convert pre-qualified members into scheduled visits
  • Coordinate details and follow up to ensure successful appointments
  • Educate patients on what to expect and confirm eligibility through insurance
     

Hit & Exceed Goals

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly metrics (e.g., 5 appointments/day, 25/week)
  • Earn commission for every completed appointment — top performers reach $60K+ OTE annually
     

 Track & Optimize Outreach

  • Log every touchpoint — calls, voicemails, texts, and emails
  • Use standardized templates and messaging for consistent follow-up
  • Stay organized while managing multiple patient interactions daily
     

 Collaborate & Improve

  • Work with team members to refine scripts and outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback to improve patient engagement and scheduling success
  • Embrace a startup mindset: flexible, proactive, and open to change
     

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, call centers, healthcare coordination, or a performance-based role
  • Strong phone presence with persuasive communication and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a self-starter mentality
  • Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid or insurance benefits is a plus (not required)
  • Team player who thrives in fast-moving environments and is open to feedback
     

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Earn extra for every completed appointment
  • Total Earnings Potential (OTE): $60,000+ annually
