Job Description:

ClassOne is a leading education technology company that offers personalized learning programs for students of all ages. We are currently seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as a Scheduler.

As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization. You will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for instructors and students, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure all classes and workshops run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage schedules for all classes, workshops, and events
Coordinate with instructors to ensure availability and assignments for classes
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to schedule promotional events
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all learning materials are available for each class
Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities
Communicate with students and instructors regarding class schedules and any changes
Regularly monitor and adjust schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and student satisfaction
Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner
Keep track of attendance and report any discrepancies to the appropriate departments
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a scheduler, planner, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Creative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
