We are currently hiring a Full-Time Scheduler with minimum 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience to oversee our North Shore territory and provide support to the Northwest region as needed. Your Role as a Scheduler:

• Coordinate and manage field clinician schedules across multiple territories
• Enter new patients and referrals into Kinnser (WellSky) EMR system
• Ensure timely assignment of clinicians and SOC visits
• Support field staff by supplying required materials, clinical forms, and visit details
• Run and manage daily scheduling reports to optimize visit coverage and caregiver productivity
• Communicate with field team regarding missed, late, or incomplete visits for timely resolution
• Track and coordinate all supervisory and therapy reassessment visits in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to meet staffing and patient care needs
• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of home health care or relatable scheduling experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Smart Sheets
• Experience using Kinnser (WellSky) EMR system is highly preferred
• Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Previous administrative or customer service experience in healthcare setting required
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
