Brownswood Nursery and Landscape, Charleston’s largest nursery and design-build firm, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing team. If you're an outgoing communicator with a passion for customer service and organization, we’d love to meet you!

About the Role:

As our Sales Coordinator / Scheduler, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our design-build services and ensuring their consultation experience runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve communicating with leads, scheduling consultations, and supporting our design team through detailed coordination and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to new leads via phone, email, and text


• Make outbound calls to schedule consultations (no cold calling)


• Educate potential clients on our Design-Build services and offerings


• Maintain an accurate and detailed consultation calendar


• Enter and update client information and notes in CRM software


• Follow up with in-progress leads and maintain a contact schedule


• Assist in preparing consultation materials and estimates


• Generate weekly reports and participate in team development meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal


• Highly organized with keen attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency


• Prior phone sales, customer service, and appointment-setting experience is


• Horticultural knowledge is a plus, but not required


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, Outlook, POS systems
