Scheduler – Visiting Angels of Mid Maine (Bangor, ME)
Pay: $20–$23/hour | Full-Time | In-Office Role

Join Our Team:
Visiting Angels of Mid Maine is hiring a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team in Bangor, ME. This role is essential in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring quality, consistent care for our clients. You'll work closely with the Office Administrator to manage day-to-day operations and support both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality care

• Set up and launch new caregiver schedules for incoming clients, ensuring a smooth start of care

• Monitor shift completion and ensure timely updates for payroll and billing

• Communicate schedule changes with clients and caregivers

• Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and internal systems

• Support recruitment by reporting on staffing needs and open shifts

• Participate in caregiver performance reviews and office support tasks

• Be part of the on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; 2+ years office or scheduling experience (healthcare preferred)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• A team player with a commitment to excellence in client service

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Must be able to communicate effectively and operate standard office equipment

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
