Scheduler

• Carries out responsibilities with safety and efficiency as a priority. Prioritizes the well-being of colleagues and actively contributes to the safety program by collaborating, sharing ideas, and voicing concerns. Adheres to training guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining, a clean and organized workplace. Proactively identifies and addresses potential hazards. 
• Meet daily production targets to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze production documents and issue work orders to maintain standard part inventory.
• Use data analysis to support raw material planning and finished goods fulfillment.
• Create production schedule and prioritize job-orders for production optimization.
• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation. 
• Interact with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested. 

• Must possess good customer service/ phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
• Must be proficient in operating computers. 
• Must possess effective communication skills.

 Shift:  

• 1st Shift-6:00am-4:30pm
• 2nd Shift - 4:30pm - 3:00am
