General Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manage the daily operations schedule  -  ensuring staff is supported and clients' needs are met. 


• Monitor clock-ins/clock-outs and resolve discrepancies


• Answer phones and communicate with clients and caregivers


• Maintain accurate records and assist with on-boarding paperwork


• Support payroll and basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For Our Scheduler to Have:

• Minimum of one year in a staffing/scheduling/logistics position preferred


• Knowledge of general home care/healthcare staffing a plus


• Detail-oriented, and process-driven 


• Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
