Scheduler

Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler based in Dayton, OH. The Scheduler will play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth communication across departments to support optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for patient appointments, staff, and resources in an efficient and timely manner.


• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to confirm and update appointments.


• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.


• Resolve scheduling conflicts and respond to changes or cancellations promptly.


• Support administrative staff with other clerical tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare settings.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


• Current STNA license
