Scheduler

Summary

Primary Responsibilities

1. Answering phones as needed


2. Staffing all in-home care cases


3. Understanding the staffing software 


4. Monitor daily schedules


5. Monitor daily dashboard

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Excellent computer skills


• Exceptional interpersonal skills


• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)


• Non-exempt, hourly position


• Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days of continuous employment

Schedule

• Full-time


• Monday through Friday


• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Work Location

This is an in-office, non-remote position located at our Albuquerque office.
