Position: Interpreter Services Scheduler Assistant
Department: Interpreter Services 
Shift: Varies; shift hours 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Facility: Miami Valley Hospital
 
EPIC electronic medical records proficiency and strong administrative experience are key requirements for this role. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interpreter services, managing patient and staff communications, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and supporting daily operational workflows. Utilizes EPIC, Microsoft Office, and other administrative systems to track requests, update records, and ensure efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare administration, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service and support to patients, staff, and vendors.
