Scheduler - Johnson City, TN

Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team in Johnson City, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing schedules to ensure Client care services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of caregivers and clients to ensure timely and effective service delivery.


• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and management to confirm schedules and address any changes or issues.


• Respond promptly to scheduling conflicts and work to resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles preferred.


• Be able to work Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm


• Must be dependable
