Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking an onsite full-time Scheduler Professional (CM-SCH) at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. 

Requirements

Relevant Experience

• Responsible for the construction schedule analysis, development, and oversight of baseline and updated project schedules for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provides administrative oversight and scheduling evaluation concerning all construction disciplines as they pertain to project timelines and progress.
• Independently responsible and accountable for the management, review, and coordination of construction schedules and related contract deliverables.
• Assists with project planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, progress tracking, record keeping, delay analysis, and general oversight of construction scheduling for VA projects.
• Determines schedule-related documentation needed based on results of daily, weekly, and monthly evaluations that could impact project performance and timely completion.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• The CM-SCH shall be able to quickly understand and master the requirements of the local, state, and federal jurisdictions and the requirements of each, considering the specific needs of the Project.
• The CM-SCH must possess communication, language, and software skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy.
• The CM-SCH must have working experience in preparing, analyzing, and identifying daily, weekly, and monthly deficiencies in the contractor’s work in relationship with the baseline schedule.
• Work completed shall be identified in the credentials of the individual to show competency to undertake a rigorous program in construction for schedule control in all identified task order scope of work required.
• The CM-SCH shall present three projects of the scale and difficulty at which he/she held a similar position.
• The CM-SCH shall be proficient in all aspects of Primavera scheduling software.

Education

• The CM-SCH shall possess a current professional credentialing as a Scheduler and maintain such credentialing throughout tenure.
• The CM-SCH may possess a degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or evidence of work experience or knowledge to compensate for absence of higher education.
• A minimum of three (3) years of construction scheduling experience may be substituted and shall be reviewed for acceptability.
