Scheduler/Dispatcher/Customer Service - Hiring Urgently

***Shift timings*** 8:00 am to 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Looking for someone with a background with Scheduling /Dispatching /Clerical / Administrative.

On a daily basis the candidate will be calling customers to set up deliveries, pickups & relocations, updating the delivery system with scheduled date and notes, reconciling routes.

There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking involved. No driving is required.

High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
One year of customer service experience is required.
Proficiency in MS Office is required with experience in MS Excel
Must have adequate reading, math skill, and ability to write legibly
Strong customer presentation and communication skills
Database and spreadsheet skills are required
