Job Description - Scheduler/Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Scheduler/Recruiter to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating staff schedules and recruiting qualified candidates to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Duties:

Create, manage, and update staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage

Respond promptly to call-outs and scheduling changes

Communicate schedule updates to staff in a timely and clear manner

Maintain accurate records of hours and availability

Recruiting Duties:

Post job openings on relevant platforms and job boards

Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews

Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in scheduling or recruiting (especially in healthcare or home care) is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what they all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes.
