At Caring Senior Service of Georgetown, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking a Care Manager with hands-on caregiving experience and a passion for leadership to guide our care team and ensure every client receives exceptional, personalized care.
Lead & Mentor Caregivers: Provide ongoing training, field support, and performance coaching to ensure quality care delivery.
Coordinate Client Services: Assist with client onboarding, assess care needs, and oversee service delivery. (RN/LPNs may develop care plans.)
Recruitment & Matching: Source and select caregivers, ensuring strong alignment between client needs and caregiver capabilities.
Hands-On Care: Provide direct care when needed to support clients and fill urgent staffing gaps (ADLs, companionship, medication reminders).
Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and quickly resolve concerns.
5+ years of hands-on senior care experience
Experience supervising or mentoring other caregivers
Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
Comfort with technology (care software, apps, Microsoft Office)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
Passion for empowering others and making a direct impact
Location: Georgetown, TX (with travel to client homes as needed)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + rotating on-call duties
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year (based on experience)
