Scheduling Clerk

We are looking for a go-getter with serious drive to join our team as a Scheduling Clerk. In this role, you will be coordinating our field supervisors' daily schedules as they visit patients' homes. Your goal? To ensure our patients receive the best home care out there!

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Coordinate the scheduling for field staff visiting patients.


• Process requests for visits timely and collaborate with appropriate staff to develop field staff schedules.
  


• Conduct necessary follow-ups to ensure visits are completed as scheduled.


• Input data for scheduled and completed visits in designated software programs.


• Communicate pertinent scheduling information to all parties involved in the process.


• Prepare and present status reports on a regular basis or as requested by management.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.


• Experience in a healthcare related field or with healthcare software programs preferred.


• Basic knowledge of home care services required.


• Experienced in fast-paced environments
