In this fast-paced role, you will be the backbone of our scheduling operations, ensuring our caregivers are in the right place at the right time to deliver the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Match caregivers with clients for optimal scheduling
• Communicate changes, conflicts, and updates with both caregivers and clients
• Stay ahead of any scheduling needs or changes to ensure smooth operations
• Address inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or other team members

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
• A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
