Flagpoles Etc. is searching for a full-time Project and Delivery scheduler to help us provide unparalleled support to our crew and customers.
You will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining schedules for installations, services and deliveries.
Monitor and process project progress. Make changes, advise team and customers of updates and delays.
- Provide scheduling support to crews in the field.
- Deliver customer service of the highest quality.
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve each customer’s experience.
Approach your daily work with a mindset of how we can do better together.
- A successful applicant will possess a strong work ethic with HIGH attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Able to provide 3 professional references
- Customer Service experience.
- Proficient in outlook, excel, and Microsoft office
- Typing test required
