The Scheduling Coordinator delivers excellent customer and patient service while scheduling patients for pre-op, post-op, surgeries, and massages. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the healthcare space.

• Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record keeping
• Responsible for Interviewing and Obtaining/Verifying clients information
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
• Provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that client unique needs are meet
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Medical Terminology knowledge preferred 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
